Get An IT Guy is an education and coaching service. We provide live group Q&A calls, recorded videos, written templates, checklists, and access to a member community. We do not provide hands-on IT support, remote administration, or managed IT services. We do not log into your computers, networks, or accounts. You (or members of your organization) remain solely responsible for implementing any guidance, recommendations, or templates we provide.
Optional add-on subscriptions (such as the Password Manager Program and Security Awareness Training) are educational programs, not managed services.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business you represent. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep your account information current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you violate any of these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block access to your account without notice.
The materials, templates, videos, and community access provided through your subscription are licensed to you and your business for internal use only. You may not:

Information shared during coaching calls, in videos, in templates, or in the community does not constitute legal, regulatory, compliance, accounting, or other professional advice tailored to your specific situation.
