We don't log into your computer or network. Ever. No remote access, no admin credentials, no managed devices.
We don't troubleshoot live for you. We coach you through it on the call, or you watch the relevant video, or we point you to the right vendor.
We don't replace an IT firm. If you have 20+ employees, complex compliance, or need 24/7 help — hire an MSP. We're not a fit.
